Coaching Options & Details

Success Trek offers three types of coaching. Each package includes both pre & post activity to maximize outcomes.

  • Fast Trek:  (4) or (8) 60-minute sessions
  • Leadership Development: (8) or (12) 60-minute sessions
  • 360° Feedback: (8) or (12) 60-minute sessions +360 feedback from your peers, direct reports, supervisors, etc.

The following describes three options to work together. Regardless of which option you choose, the Client and Coach will schedule a 30-minute ‘get to know’ conversation to determine if we are the best fit to work together. After scheduling the conversation, a few questions are emailed to the Client requesting answers within 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. It takes about 15-20 minutes to answer the questions in bullet form.

What To Expect

  • Sessions are typically via video conference or phone.
  • Sessions are scheduled at the pace of the Clients’ needs for 1-3 months (dependent upon the package chosen).
  • Sessions can be bundled if a topic or situation requires more time or reduced to a 30-minute check-in to meet the organization, team, and individual needs.
  • Session prep questions emailed prior to each session to maximize outcomes.
  • Solutions are discussed to resolve concerns/issues.
  • Each package includes 6-8 hours of pre-post activity completed by the coach.

What To Expect

  • Includes everything listed in Fast Trek Coaching.
  • Sessions are scheduled typically 1-2 times a month over the course of 3-8 months.
  • The Coach maintains a high level of contact with the Client throughout the implementation of agreed-upon initiatives while discussing roadblocks that get in the way of progress.
  • The Coach is accessible via email/phone between sessions to maximize outcomes connected to the agreed-upon actions.
  • If a supervisor is involved in the process, we will initiate a few pre-work activities before scheduling the first session. The upfront preparation will help us establish outcomes, goals, and objectives more efficiently.
  • Each package includes 22-28 hours of pre-post activity completed by the coach.

What To Expect

  • Includes everything listed in Fast Trek & Leadership Development Coaching.
  • Sessions are scheduled typically 1-2 times a month over the course of 6-12 months.
  • The Client participates in a qualitative, 360-degree feedback process designed to identify both areas of strength as well as areas requiring further development.
  • The Client completes the Hogan Assessment.  The results communicate information about a person’s reputation and how they are perceived in the workplace. We compare the results of the assessment and the feedback from the 360 process to better understand how their habits and behaviors are adding value to their role and when they are not serving them well.   
  • The Client and their manager identify a list of key stakeholders (a mix of 8-10 peers, direct reports, front-line employees, etc.) to participate in a one-on-one interview with the Coach.
  • Coach to summarize common themes about the Client’s strengths, areas of development, and ideas about what the Client can do differently to improve their leadership skills.
  • Coach to jumpstart a development report that includes the 360 feedback and outlines suggested action steps and metrics to measure success and enhance their leadership effectiveness.
  • The Coach meets with the Client and Supervisor to review the development plan, expected results, and frequency of coaching sessions to ensure everyone is on the same page as the coaching progresses.
  • Each package includes 35-40 hours of pre-post activity completed by the coach.
