A lot of focus, dedication, and attention to detail goes into our work, and we’re looking for a savvy Administrative Assistant to help support our efforts. This person will support our CEO, their Success Trek team members, and our clients by ensuring that our day-to-day operations run smoothly.  This role is a mix of customer service, office management, and operations, with a strong focus on organization and common sense.

What You’ll Do:

  • Help our clients work smarter by preparing meeting materials, progress reports, and initiating follow-ups on action items
  • Keep our financials and corporate documents in order (such as corporate filings and tax payments), and our office stocked with the right supplies
  • Support our CEO by managing her calendar, utilizing our financial and payroll systems (QuickBooks and eBillity), and coordinating workflows
  • Assist in crafting and maintaining our monthly newsletter and social media accounts to ensure that our contacts are up to date on our abilities and offerings
  • Apply your technical know-how to our mix of proprietary and out-of-the-box software to ensure that records are up to date and accurate

What You Won’t Do:

  • Get bored – we work in an ever-changing and ever-evolving environment where no two days are the same
  • Feel stuck – there is always something new to learn or a different challenge to solve, both internally and for our diverse mix of clients
  • Spend a ton of time commuting – you’ll work from a home office, with weekly in-person meetings and additional onsite times for clients with the occasional travel out of state

  • A resourceful and quick learner who is always ready to gain a new skill
  • A reliable worker who knows the importance of showing up when it counts

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting and/or office management
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred but the right experience and attitude is most important
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a very solid knowledge of the Microsoft Suite and QuickBooks
  • Ability to work an average of 40 hours a week, with a mix of virtual and on-site work
